Drops & Wins Rules

The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play's "Drops & Wins" Promotion ("Network Promotion") by Pragmatic Play operators, whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Promotion will run from March 6, 2024, to March 5, 2025 (the "Duration Period") as a global promotion for the Pragmatic Play Network and Games. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, these terms and conditions are subject to and read in conjunction with the terms and conditions outlined in the Software License Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the operator. Any capitalized term contained herein that is not defined has the same meaning as used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

Drops and Wins general conditions:

• This Promotion is launched by Pragmatic Play. The prize fund is divided among the network of operators who sign up for this Promotion.

• The Promotion includes three hundred sixty-four (364) daily tournaments (each a "Daily Tournament") and a total of three hundred sixty-four (364) daily prize drops (each a "Daily Prize Drop") that will be held weekly during the Online Promotion Period.

• To participate in any Daily Tournament in the Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/select.

• The total expected prize pool for the entire Promotion is twenty-five million four hundred and eighty thousand euros/British pounds (€/£25,480,000).

• Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, a multiplier, an Instant Bonus and/or a Free Spins Bonus (as defined below):

• Players participating in Daily Tournaments may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Daily Tournament Prize Table set out further in these terms.

• Players participating in the Daily Drops Prizes may win prizes in the form of multipliers to the winning player's stake, Instant Bonuses and/or Free Spins Bonuses as set out in the Daily Drops Prizes Prize Table set out further in these terms.

• If the winning spin exceeds one Euro/British pound (€/£1), the prize will be paid based on the stake of one Euro/British pound (€/£1) or the equivalent amount in available currencies multiplied by the received multiplier.

• Notwithstanding anything else, Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes won during the Daily Prize Drop are excluded from the prize multiplier mechanics.

• Free Spins Bonuses ("Free Spins Bonuses") may be awarded to a player in the form of ten (10) and/or five (5) Free Spins Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won a prize.

• Instant Bonuses ("Instant Bonuses") may be awarded to a player for a selected Participating Game* for the same bet as the winning bet.

• Once awarded to a player, winnings from Free Spins Bonuses and Instant Bonuses have no wagering requirements.

• If the amount wagered in a winning spin for the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus exceeds one Euro/British Pound (€/£1) or the equivalent amount in available currencies, the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid based on bets of one Euro/British pound (€/£1) or the equivalent amount in available currencies.

▪ If the participating game does not have an available bet of one Euro/British pound (€/£1), the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid on the next available higher bet in the participating game.

• Free Spin Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes won during the Daily Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day the Free Spin Bonus and/or Instant Bonus are won.

• Free Spin Bonus and/or Instant Bonus awards will be valid for seven (7) days from the time they are awarded to the player.

• All prizes won during the Promotion Period must be paid out as fixed cash amounts with no wagering requirement.

*Pragmatic Play reserves the right to select and change the game in which Instant Bonuses will be awarded to players every four (4) weeks at its sole discretion. The selected game title will be communicated to the Operators one month before the start of each new promotional month.

Mechanism:

Daily Drops:

• The Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Daily Prize Drops (each "Daily Drops").

• In order to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drop, the player is required to play a real spin with a bet without a minimum bet requirement (hereinafter "Qualifying Bet").

• One (1) Qualifying Bet can trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.

• Daily Drop rules and prize tables are embedded in participating games. The reward table is updated in real time showing the current status as well as the number of remaining rewards.

• Prizes will be paid according to the 'Prizes' table found in each of the participating games.

• Prizes are paid out as a multiplier of the winning player's bet amount, excluding prizes in the form of Free Spins Bonuses and/or Instant Bonuses.

• A player can win multiple Daily Prizes each Day of the Daily Drop.

• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily at the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when no more prizes are remaining.

How players can participate:

• Players must join/select any of the participating games.

•  Players must complete at least one (1) real money spin on any of the participating games.

•  Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the Daily Drop period.

Daily Tournaments:

• The Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Daily Tournaments (each referred to as a "Daily Tournament Day").

• In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Tournament, a minimum cash bet of five euro cents (€0.05), five British pound pennies (£0.05), five US dollar pennies ($0.05) or the equivalent amount of four euro cents (€ 0.04) in the available currency on the participating games (hereinafter "Qualifying Bet").

• *Exceptions may apply to South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of two Eurocents (€0.02). In Colombia, the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of three euro cents (€0.03).

• Only the first five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Bets per day within each Daily Tournament ("Qualifying Bet Limit") will be eligible and counted towards each Promotion. Any Qualifying Bets placed after the Qualifying Bet Limit has been reached will not count towards each Promotion.

• Prizes will be distributed to the winners according to their positions in the leaderboard, when each Daily Tournament ends, in descending order from the highest to the lowest position, depending on the total score of the players.

• The leaderboard is ranked by player score. The result is based on the total number of points accumulated on any participating game as the total sum of all winning multipliers in relation to the amount of their bet during the Daily Tournament period.

• Receipts: Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Result = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 *1.08)) = 50 Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Result = ((€ 1000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200 The final score of the player will be 200 + 50 = 250

• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the in-game leaderboard at any time of their choice while playing participating games.

• In the event that two (2) or more players finish the Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who scored first will receive the higher prize.

• Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.

How players can participate in the tournament:

1. Player must access/log in to any of the participating games.

2. To qualify for the Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with a minimum bet in any of the available currencies on any participating game.

3. The player will be positioned on the leaderboard based on the total number of points accumulated on any participating game as the total sum of all win multipliers in relation to the amount of their bet during the Daily Tournament period.

4. Prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Daily Tournament.

5. The leaderboard is embedded in the participating games and is updated in real time. Each player will see their progress listed as "You" among the IDs of other players in the tournament.

Promotion Terms:

 Including Daily Tournaments and Daily Prizes:

• In order to be eligible to participate in Daily Tournaments and Daily Prizes, a player will need to place a Qualifying Bet under the following conditions:

• All spins with any real money bet on participating games will be considered a Qualifying Bet and will be entered into the Daily Prizes.

• All spins placed before the maximum number of bets are reached and meet the minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies of the participating games will be eligible for the Daily Tournaments.

• A Qualifying Bet will allow a player to be simultaneously eligible for both applicable Daily Tournaments and Daily Prizes.

• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the Daily Prize period.

Participating Games:

• The list of all participating games in the Promotion will be available one (1) month before the start of each new promotional month in our Client Hub during the Network Period.

Daily Prizes:

• Winning Criteria: Each real money spin on participating games may trigger a random cash prize.

• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool totaling two hundred and ten thousand euros / British pounds sterling (€ / £ 210,000), expected daily prize pool of thirty thousand euros / British pounds sterling (€ / £ 30,000) with a total of six thousand and five hundred (6,500) prizes in the form of stake multipliers, free spins bonuses, and instant bonuses.

Daily Tournaments:

 ▪ Winning criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their winning multipliers in relation to the stake amount.

▪ Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool in the total amount of two hundred and eighty thousand euros / British pounds sterling (€ / £ 280,000), expected daily prize pool of forty thousand euros / British pounds sterling (€ / £ 40,000) with a total of three thousand and five hundred (3,500) cash prizes.

General rules:

• Opt-in is mandatory for both operators and players. Players must access/opt in to play.

• To participate in the promotion, Operators must register during the duration of the Network Promotion.

• To qualify for the Network Promotion, at least one (1) banner with the main "Drops & Wins" logo must be placed on the Operator's page, and the "Drops & Wins" logo must also be added to the participating games, including the creation of a special section for "Drops & Wins" in prominent places in the lobbies.

• The "Drops & Wins" logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material may not be changed, altered, or modified in any way unless expressly authorized in writing by Pragmatic Play.

• The components of the special promo package Network Promotions must be used at the Operator's locations, in newsletters and in other media, including social media platforms.

• Where applicable, it is the Platform Provider's responsibility to ensure that all Operators access the Promotion. Pragmatic Play will be released from liability for failure of Operators to join the promotion.

• All prizes will be awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, at its discretion, change at any time.

 • Pragmatic Play will pay an estimated twenty-five million four hundred and eighty thousand Euros/British pounds (€/£25,480,000) towards the promotion in total during the duration of the Network Promotion. This estimate may vary due to the promotional mechanisms of the daily prize drops.

• All non-fixed prizes, such as daily prize drop prizes, won above twenty-five million four hundred and eighty thousand euros/British pounds (€/£25,480,000) will be paid out in the last month of the Online Promotion.

t is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.

• It is the Operator's responsibility to ensure that Pragmatic Play's products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries where participating games are offered to players.

• Available in-game tool languages ​​are: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

• In-game tool currencies: Pragmatic Play games support all currencies included in the ISO 4217 standard currency system ("Available Currencies").

• The currency conversion rate in the in-game prize tables may be updated at the sole and absolute discretion of Pragmatic Play.

• The currency equivalent of the minimum bet can be found in a separate document available in the section dedicated to "Drops & Wins" called "Drops & Wins Conversion rates". If a currency lock value is not available, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. "Drops & Wins" conversion rates may be updated at the sole and absolute discretion of Pragmatic Play.

• The equivalent currency conversion rate is in a separate document available in the section dedicated to "Drops & Wins" called "Drops & Wins Conversion rates". If the locked value for the currency is not available, then the fixed system conversion rate locked for the period of the Daily Prize Drop and Daily Tournament will be used instead. "Drops & Wins" conversion rates may be updated at the sole and absolute discretion of Pragmatic Play.

• Payment of cash prizes must not be subject to any wagering requirements. Players should be able to withdraw prizes immediately if they choose to do so.

• Reward payments can be made manually or automatically. It will depend on the way of integration of the Operator.

• An operator that has a manual payout of prizes will manually pay out winnings of fixed cash and multiplier prizes.

• An operator that has automatic prize payout will automatically pay fixed cash and multiplier prize winnings to the player's cash balance.

• Prizes/winnings may be subject to additional verification processes as required by Pragmatic Play.

• Each Operator with winning player(s) must notify the winning player of the prize and credit the winning player's account with the cash prize within seventy-two (72) hours after the end of the relevant Daily Tournament or Daily Prize Drop.

• Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators for amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any cash prize amounts upon conversion of such amounts to EUR currency.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of a particular Daily Prize Drop and/or Daily Tournament will be carried over to subsequent stages or to the next Network Promotion.

•  Any players located in Italy, Sweden, Lithuania, Denmark, Latvia and Portugal will be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.

• If the terms and conditions are translated into different languages, they reflect the same principles. However, in case of any differences between the different language versions, the English version will prevail.

• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Daily Tournaments and/or Daily Prize Drops, including all associated terms and conditions, at any time. Such change will not affect registered players, unless the change is necessary to manage/prevent fraud and other illegal activities.
